ProtoFlex is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Compliance Status

ProtoFlex is compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 to at least level AA.

ProtoFlex solutions are highly configurable and are designed to meet the operational needs of its users. All core functionality and components are tested for accessibility to ensure that solutions remain compliant when configured to the requirements of each customer.

Non-Accessible Content

In normal operational usage of ProtoFlex, users can attach content to the electronic record that may not be fully accessible. For example:

  • PDF Documents: Some PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software.
  • Video Content: Some video content does not have captions or transcripts available.
  • Images: Images may not be uploaded with descriptive alt text.

This content is user generated hence it is out of scope when assessing accessibility compliance.
