In normal operational usage of ProtoFlex users can attach content to the electronic record that may not be fully accessible.

For example:

• PDF Documents: Some PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software.
• Video Content: Some video content does not have captions or transcripts available.
• Images: Images may not be uploaded with descriptive alt text.

This content is user generated hence it is out of scope when assessing accessibility compliant.
